Meet our Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/General Manager (GM)
G. Gibson N. Flomo
A professional Architectural Draftsman and Civil Engineering professional with experience in construction design, project execution, and engineering supervision dating back from 2008 when he first graduated with a Professional Study Diploma in Architectural Drafting from the Liberian-Swedish Vocational Training Center (L-SVTC) in Yekepa, Nimba County before pursuing tertiary education. He also earned a Certificate in Leadership and Development Approaches.
Before establishing MSF Brothers, Gibson gained considerable wealth of experience working as Draftsman at the West Africa Architects Construction Engineers (WAACE); as Project & Facility Manager at the Liberia Research and Development Networks (LRDN), etc.
G. Gibson N. Flomo, the vision bearer of the company is a Liberian, born December 19, 1987 in New Yekepa Town, Nimba County. He was inspired by his father, Patrick D. Flomo (local carpenter) to venture into construction at a tender age. He grew up in apprenticeship from his father, and later, his elder brother, Morris S. Flomo (also a carpenter). His vision and mission to establish the company was born out of pure passion for a field that became a part of his upbringing and life. The acronym ‘MSF’ is the initial of his brother Morris who dedicated his entire life to the welfare and development of his siblings.

MSF Brothers General Construction Inc. is a Liberian-Owned construction company dedicated to transforming ideas into world-class structures. Founded on passion, professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship, we specialize in modern construction & engineering solutions that meet international standards while addressing Liberia’s local development needs. The company was co-established by G. Gibson N. Flomo (an Architect and the CEO), Emmanuel Duo (professional Mason) and Romeo Wonalo (Draftsman) in 2024, after years of teaming up as local construction workers (contractors).
With our personnel possessing decades of construction and engineering industry experience, our team has successfully delivered on projects for government, NGOs, individuals, and other private sector projects nationwide — from residential and school buildings, to other infrastructure works and industrial facilities.
We perform both horizontal and vertical engineering.

Emmanuel Gbor Duo – Incorporator/Co-Founder
A passionate construction worker with specialty in masonry. He came up as an apprentice to G. Gibson N. Flomo whom he met as his high school mathematics teacher in 2010. Emmanuel has spent his entire life since then into building construction works; being supervised and mentored by different levels of professionals. He later earned a certificate in Masonry. He was born on October 18, 1988 in Paynesville City, Liberia
Romeo Wonalo – Incorporator/Co-Founder
A Software Engineer and a professional Draftsman. He encountered G. Gibson N. Flomo in 2021 through a recommendation and they both struck a professional bond. Romeo has been in the field of construction since 2017, serving and performing several roles before helping to co-establish the company. He was born on March 31, 1990 in Paynesville City, Liberia.

Benetha B. Paye – Human Resource Manager (HR)
An Administrative and HR expert with about a decade of experience in performing administration and human resource management. Benetha holds a BA in Sociology & Public Administration as well as other professional certificates and diplomas, making her one of the outstanding administrators in the country.
Jerry B. Willie – Project Manager/Engineer
A professional and well-qualified Construction Engineer with over 15 years of experience in construction, engineering applications and works. Jerry B. Willie joined MSF Brothers with wealth of experience having served as Project Engineer for top companies and NGOs in Liberia (Kiara Development Corporative, Plan International, etc.); and also performing supervisory roles in mega projects across the country. He has also practiced engineering in other countries including Nigeria and Guinea. He holds a BSc in Construction Engineering as well as other Diplomas and Professional Study Certificates.
Roland Trokon Gbartea, Jr. – Project Engineer
A well-qualified and professional engineer with almost a decade of experience in civil engineering. Roland holds a MSc in Geomatic Engineering, BSc in Civil Engineering, and several other post graduate diplomas and certificates. Roland has worked both as an intern and a professional with top companies and NGOs in his career (including working as an engineer with ArcelorMittal Liberia
Sumo Akoi – Logistic Manager
A well-qualified financial/accounting expert with more than 10 years of proven experience. He holds a BSc. in Economics & Accounting; and a host of other pre graduate Certificates. Sumo Akoi has worked with several other institutions and manufacturing industries before he joined the MSF Bothers Family.
Beyan J. Kpangbala – Electrical & QA Engineer
A Certified QA/QC Specialist with expertise in power systems and construction quality control. Beyan has earned a host of academic qualifications locally and abroad, including a BSc in Electrical Engineering. He has almost a decade of professional working experience before joining MSF Brothers.
